Stephanie Thorne provided an excellent presentation of a landlord's management plan at an introductory meeting with new tennants. Stephanie conducted the meeting in a friendly business-like manner, immediately putting all present at ease, drawing on her background research in answer to all questions from both tennant and landlord..
